A progressive guided pathway for people ready to understand what is taxing their capacity, make intentional reallocations, design what they want their capacity to support, and build practices that help them sustain the change.
This is one pathway with four stages, not four separate cohorts. Each stage answers one core question and builds on the stage before it.

How the pathway is delivered
- Each stage lasts six weeks.
- Two 60-minute weekday group sessions each week.
- Approximately 30 to 60 minutes of personal application each week.
- Approximately 2.5 to 3 hours of total participation each week.
- Maximum of 20 participants.
- Additional administrative support begins at 12 participants.
